Guided walk through the vineyards, exploring the heritage of the Templars and Europe’s largest open-air modern art collection. Visit to a pioneering organic wine estate and its educational farm, followed by a wine and cheese tasting.

We will begin our Art & Wine day with a guided tour of the largest open-air contemporary art collection in Europe.
Nestled in the picturesque gardens of an 18th-century wine estate, among rows of vines and a profusion of colourful works, this exceptional collection reflects the singular vision of the Templar order, who founded the estate in 1204, whose heritage is still palpable today.
Our journey will continue with a tasting of the château’s wines, which appear on many Michelin-starred tables in France.
Then we will head to another Provençal gem, a pioneer of organic farming in the region, where everything is designed in harmony with nature: located within a Natura 2000 protected area, respect for nature is reflected in the cultivation of the land: the vines, cultivated without any pesticides, coexist here with more than 150 goats living on an organic farm, whose milk is used to produce exceptional fresh cheeses. Bread is also baked on-site using a natural wine-based sourdough, and vegetables are grown right in the estate’s gardens. More than 25 varieties of tomatoes and other delicious fruits & vegetables harvested from the domain’s own garden make their way to the kitchen of the charming winery restaurant, where the chef creates simple, healthy, and flavorful Mediterranean dishes.
The château’s organic charm evokes the idealized gardens of Marie-Antoinette at Trianon. While adults will be seduced by the charming beauty of the place, children will delight in discovering the animals of the estate’s educational farm.
The visit will end with a tasting of artisanal cheeses accompanied by carefully selected organic wines for a perfect harmony of flavours.
