Expertise at the service of your experiences
The fields of expertise in sommelier craft, contemporary art, gastronomy, luxury and Provençal lifestyle are at the heart of Tour de Provence France’s offer. These skills make it possible to design tailor-made experiences, blending authenticity and refinement. Each moment is created with particular attention to detail, ensuring a unique and memorable immersion into local culture.
D.A. Perfect Moment Officer
Behind every experience by Tour de Provence France stands a woman: Daria, also known as D.A. A passionate and curious aesthete, deeply devoted to the Provençal art of living, she naturally came to design experiences for a discerning clientele.
She fell in love with Provence on her very first trip — a meeting with its light, landscapes, wines and traditions. A few years later, she settled here, driven by the desire to share this land of exception in a different way: exclusively, elegantly, and with profound authenticity.
Trained in hospitality and gastronomy at Vatel Paris, she then managed a gastronomic restaurant in Paris-Saint-Germain, where she refined her culinary sensibility. This immersion in the world of gastronomy naturally led her to specialize in wine and sommelier expertise.
Graduated from the Franck Thomas School, French wine school, and with experience in luxury hospitality and fine dining, she imagines for each guest a unique journey: private castle visits, tastings in exceptional locations, encounters with artists, dinners in hidden places… always with refinement, attention to detail and attentive care.
What distinguishes D.A. is her ability to sense each person’s desires and turn them into unforgettable memories.
Tour de Provence France is more than a service. It is an invitation to experience Provence as an insider, with elegance, authenticity and emotion… and always a touch of magic!
Professional sommelier
The vision of wine carried by D.A. is intuitive, sensorial, and profoundly alive.
Trained in oenology at the Franck Thomas School, renowned for its emotional and geo‑sensorial approach, she belongs to a contemporary movement that values feeling, full presence and attentive listening.
For her, wine is not reduced to a technical analysis: it is lived as an encounter – with a place, a story, a light, an emotion.
Each tasting thus becomes a suspended moment, an experience both personal and shared, shaped by the environment and the sensitivity of the instant.
This unique way of approaching wine, free and embodied, imbues every experience offered by Tour de Provence France: moments of truth where elegance meets authenticity.
D.A.’s partners are wine estates whose vintages appear on the menus of the world’s greatest tables, and whose reputation extends far beyond France.
Each estate is chosen for the quality of its welcome, the sincerity of its story, and the excellence of its savoir‑faire.

Passionate about Contemporary Art
In Provence, art is not only contemplated in museums: it is lived, it is breathed, it wanders among the vineyards, the ancient stones and the sun‑drenched fields.
D.A. nurtures a deep passion for contemporary art, which she shares through sensitive and intimate journeys, where emotion arises at the turn of a sculpture, a reflection or a silence.
Among her favourite places: La Commanderie de Peyrassol, an estate that is both wine‑growing and visionary, where more than ninety contemporary works punctuate the hills and paths, as so many open dialogues between human creation and the landscape.
And also Château La Coste, where great names have left their mark, in the open air, along a path vibrant with energy, daring and beauty: Louise Bourgeois, Tadao Ando, Tracey Emin, Damien Hirst…
But D.A. does not stop at this iconic place: she weaves connections, guiding her guests to other spaces where modern art flourishes away from the spotlight — private foundations, confidential galleries, personal collections hidden behind discreet façades.
Her unique sensibility, nourished by an emotional approach to wine and tasting, finds a natural echo in this poetic reading of art. Like a grand cru, a work of art is discovered slowly, breathed in, felt through the resonances it awakens.
In the experiences she designs, wine and art do not oppose each other: they engage in dialogue.
And it is in this rare harmony that lies the magic of a shared moment with her, at the heart of a Provence both vibrant and deeply inspiring.
In love with Provence
There is a Provence that only insiders know: where the scents of the garrigue meet the freshness of a dawn market, where each product is a story, each encounter a privilege.
D.A. nurtures a deep bond with this land, its seasons, its craftsmen and its golden silences. She carefully selects the most authentic and refined addresses, far from the hustle and bustle and the usual paths.
A table set under the olive trees, a rare honey harvested by hand, a cheese matured by a master cheesemaker, a stroll through the lavender fields… Here, everything is about precision, light, and the moment.
Her sensitivity is also expressed in tender details: an animal encountered on an exceptional farm, an impromptu pause between two harvests, a simple gesture shared with elegance.
To live this Provence is to reconnect with the rarest luxury: that of the true.

Gastronomy Luxury Hospitality
The art of hosting as a guiding thread
Before imagining tailor‑made journeys, D.A. learned the essential: the art of welcoming with elegance, of receiving without ostentation, of creating a perfect moment.
Trained at Vatel Paris, then managing a gastronomic restaurant in Paris Saint‑Germain, she refined her eye, her standards, her attention to detail.
Each plate, each table, each atmosphere became for her a way to express the emotion of the place.
Today, this hospitality expertise translates into all the experiences she offers. A private brunch in a wine estate, a Michelin‑starred dinner in a hidden location, a picnic conceived as a true art‑de‑vivre moment… Nothing is left to chance, everything is subtle, everything flows naturally.
Because at heart, for her, hospitality is not a profession: it is an attention, an intuition, a delicate way of celebrating what Provence has most precious to offer.

Authenticity and Privileges
Behind every door opened by D.A., there is a place that cannot be found by chance.
Her network has been patiently woven over the years, with sincerity and care.
A family estate visited only as an insider, a private gallery hidden in a stone farmhouse, a hanging garden where a few chosen ones share a wine not yet on any list.
These rare, often inaccessible places are revealed by D.A. with the discretion and respect that their uniqueness requires.
Thus she offers her guests experiences that can only be lived once — because they are tailor‑made, thought through in every detail, carried by true encounters and places imbued with spirit.
Far from the usual circuits, she composes a journey that is both inner and territorial, in a confidential Provence where luxury is expressed through precision, silence and the beauty of the gesture.
